In preparation for Women in Construction (WIC) Week, I created a calendar to let our team members and followers know our daily themes for the week. Across three platforms, this post earned: 562 likes, 10 comments, 62 shares and 12,272 overall impressions.
This post is one of my favorites so far at Mortenson! From initial idea to final post, I created this post every step of the way. I started by coming up with the idea to make a post about the NCAA tournament host sites after seeing an article online. I then researched the #MortensonMade venues included in the article. After research, I designed the graphics and wrote copy. Across three Mortenson platforms, this post gained: 311 likes, 9 comments, 24 shares and 17,232 overall impressions.
I wrapped up 2024 by creating this end of year graphic for Mortenson's Data Center team! My goal was to highlight the team's statistics in a visually appealing way. This project certainly put my design skills to the test! On LinkedIn and Instagram, this post earned 307 likes, 6 comments, 14 shares and 12,873 overall impressions.
These graphics were an ask from Mortenson's Recruitment Team! The goal of this post was to highlight 19 different universities and colleges and the dates that Mortenson team members will be on campus. I designed the graphics and wrote the copy in an easy to digest and understand format. On LinkedIn and Instagram, this post earned 257 likes, 4 comments, 27 shares, 5,208 link clicks and 16,579 impressions.
This is currently my highest performing post at Mortenson. My goal was to showcase all of the beautiful #MortensonMade NCAA football stadiums and facilities while playing to the timing of the start of the season. The engagements on this post across three platforms include: 777 likes, 19 comments, 25 shares and 48,687 overall impressions.

To finish out Mortenson's football highlights, this post includes the two #MortensonMade NFL stadiums. To optimize timing, this was posted on the day that the NFL season started. This post gained 905 likes, 25 comments, 77 shares and 46,729 overall impressions across three platforms.
Next up on my sports features is NHL arenas! Highlighting these four arenas over three platforms gained 506 likes, 4 comments, 15 shares and 34,277 overall impressions.
My next #MortensonMade sports feature includes the NBA! These five basketball arenas on LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram gained 452 likes, 4 comments, 20 shares and 26,374 overall impressions.
Last up on my sports features are MLS areas. These three venues were featured in a graphic-like carousel to celebrate the start of the soccer season. The highlight gained 387 likes, 4 comments, 38 shares and 36,592 overall impressions over three platforms.
For this project feature, I created a carousel showcasing final photos from Milwaukee Tool. On LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram this post gained 409 likes, 4 comments, 12 shares and 24,408 overall impressions.
To honor labor day, I created a post thanking all Mortenson team members. This post overall gained 639 likes, 3 comments, 15 shares and 15,562 overall impressions.
Showcasing the largest flagpole in North America gained Mortenson 535 likes, 12 comments, 20 shares and 15,623 overall impressions across all platforms.
Mortenson celebrated national friendship day by posting pictures of team members enjoying each other's presents. This post overall earned 442 likes, 8 comments, 10 shares and 14,092 overall impressions.
Every two weeks, the Mortenson account features a new team member, contributing to the #MeetMortenson series. These posts are a great way for customers and partners to better connect with team members. This spotlight earned 242 likes, 4 comments, 2 shares, 277 link clicks and 11,322 impressions on LinkedIn.
